Pinnacle’s owner, Brad Knapp has a winemaking philosophy of minimal intervention using traditional methods. This approach ensures that the unique flavors produced in the vineyards are retained and showcased in their award-winning wines.
Pinot Boutique now has available for sale the following Pinnacle Ridge wines:
Cuvee Chardonnay – This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method of making champagne.
Riesling – Medal Winner at the 2013 Farm Show – A slightly sweet, fruity white wine made from the classic grape of Germany.
Traminette – A medium-bodied white wine made with the Gewürztraminer grape.
Niagara – This is a very sweet white wine with a distinct grape flavor.
Chambourcin – Silver Medal Winner at the 2013 Farm Show – A dry, red wine that is aged for ten months in Pennsylvania oak.
Merlot – Silver Medal Winner at the 2013 Farm Show – This medium-bodied red wine has beautiful dark fruit aroma of plums.
Syrah – A barely sweet red wine that is aged in a combination of stainless steel and older barrels to minimize oak influence and emphasize the fruit flavors and aromas.
